Zanti Misfits - Heroes are go 12"
This is a band ive always liked for some strange reason, they havent released much, just this 12" and a few 7"s and i've been struggling to find em online for download so resorted to buying the original vinyl and ripping myself (i'm still waiting to aquire 1 single)
They sound like a mix of punk, indie, post punk, experimental and a blast of saxophones.
The were on jettisoundz music label and were also on clay records same as GBH and Discharge

Amazing!
I had a roommate a long, long time ago who had this 12" amongst his collection of terrible MOR records.
Tiring of the only LP I brought with me when I moved halfway across the country (inexplicably, Head of David's "Dustbowl" -- ?!), I was flipping through his crap and from the moment I saw the cover art, band name, I knew I was in for a treat.
I have no idea what this was doing amongst his Boz Skaggs and Trio LP's, but I'm glad it was there, as it gave me a does of art-punk weirdness I needed to blast to 10 from time-to-time.
I meant to steal it from him when I moved out (hey, he ripped me off for bill money), but forgot -- it's been a long time since I've heard this -- can't wait -- THANKS!
(On a mostly unrelated note: if you like this, you should check out a band called 9353 from early 80's Washington DC -- there LP is called We Are Absolutely Sure There is No God -- and it's obscure madness at its best)
